Mansaku Nijimura

Mansaku was once an ordinary company employee. Bankruptcy, debt and his wife's death left him bitter, and he became abusive toward his sons. He accepted money from DIO and allowed a Flesh Bud to be implanted in his brain.

After DIO's death, the implanted flesh merged with his own body and changed him into a misshapen creature. His speech and behavior became extremely limited. Keicho kept him chained in the attic and initially mistook his persistent searching through a chest for meaningless behavior.

Mansaku's mutated body can recover from injuries that would kill an ordinary human, including severe damage to his head and dismemberment. His flesh itself is fragile; the danger lies in the fact that the damage repairs itself. The ultimate limit of this regeneration is not established.

He is also said to have possessed a Stand when serving DIO, but neither its appearance nor its ability is revealed. His mutation should not be given an invented Stand name or treated as proof that he has a known combat ability.

The anime adds an attempt to improve his condition at Tonio Trussardi's restaurant. The treatment does not reverse the mutation, but the scene emphasizes Okuyasu's continuing affection for his father. It is an anime addition rather than an event shown in the original manga.
