Seira Seki

Background

Seira Seki is an ordinary woman working as a preschool teacher. She is married to a man she calls " Mii-kun," who she loves very much and rarely argues with. When she first learned she was pregnant with twins, she decided to put her work on hold for the time being.↗

Prior to her visit to Michiyo Kisara 's garden, she borrowed a stroller from another mother she was acquainted with. Her husband told her they could have bought a stroller for themselves, but Seira protested that strollers were expensive. The ensuing argument left her irritated and spiteful toward her husband. To relieve her irritation, Seira goes shopping in S City; on the way back, she comes across Michiyo Kisara 's house, and decides to visit her open garden.↗↗

Pair Repair

By the time Rohan Kishibe enters the garden, Michiyo and Seira are already seated in the garden's gazebo, making small talk while drinking tea. They invite Rohan to join them, and the three continue talking for a while, with Seira leading the conversation.↗↗

When the garden's closing time draws near, Michiyo asks her two visitors for their admission fees. Seira offers her wedding ring, explaining her reasoning for getting rid of it and showing Michiyo a photo of her husband. Realizing Seira's husband is one of her killers, Michiyo takes Seira with her to clean up after their tea party, with the intent to exact revenge through her.↗↗

The garden makes Seira fall asleep and ties her up in thick tangles of grass, choosing one of Seira's twins as her admission fee to avenge its owner. However, Rohan learns Michiyo's true intentions and intervenes. Using Heaven's Door, he orders Seira to free herself with a pair of shears, then propels himself and Seira away from Michiyo. Seira wakes up and discovers that the garden has become a nightmarish labyrinth.↗

A tangle of grass catches Seira's leg and drags her backward. Michiyo reappears and offers to waive Rohan's admission fee if he leaves now. Seira screams, believing Rohan will abandon her. But instead of leaving, Rohan runs over to the only intact pair in the garden, a pair of garden gnomes, and breaks the female of the pair. Michiyo, having possessed the gnomes, shatters into pieces.↗↗↗

Afterward, Seira confronts her husband with his crime and convinces him to turn himself in to the police. Rohan respects her spirit in doing so, knowing her honesty will only make her life harder from now on.↗↗
