Lulu

Background

Lulu was abandoned by her mother, who went to live with someone else. Instead, she was raised by Hacca Howler and the HOWLER Company. She believes that Hacca is her father, but he didn't tell her directly, and refuses to talk to her about it.↗↗

Tracking Down Targets

Lulu is with Bobby Jean in the security room at the Hawaii State Land Registry Office. She points to a cat figure on a shelf called a "Hula NYAN Dancer," laughing at its creepy movements but also calling it cute. She begs Bobby to buy it for her, but the security guard informs her that the figure can't be bought anywhere anymore. Despite this, she dismisses his explanation and insists on knowing where to buy it.↗

Suddenly, Lulu gets a nosebleed from her Stand being destroyed in Dragona 's body and realizes there's no footage of the three "students" who wanted to see HOWLER's original paper deeds exiting the building. She points to a van behind the ambulance in the footage, but Bobby explains it's unrelated since the group arrived in a pickup truck. Suspicious, Lulu identifies Dragona, Usagi, and Charming Man in the footage near the van.↗↗

Lulu and Bobby Jean follow the trail and find the van of their targets. Although Bobby Jean is skeptical, Lulu is convinced the vehicle and the group of people filmed inside them is linked to the deeds. She becomes momentarily frustrated and rants that all humans end up dying one day. She then spots a flower ornament inside the van. Finding it cute, Lulu frantically asks Bobby Jean to buy her one, scratching the doors of the van using her figure in a tantrum.↗

Battle at the Hospital

Lulu and Bobby Jean arrive to the B1 floor where patients get scanned by medical equipment. Lulu finally spots Dragona and, seeing the flower on Dragona's head, deduces that the group is their targets. Bobby then receives a call from Hacca Howler and gives the phone to Lulu, who tells her that the Lava Rock is involved and to retrieve it without letting Bobby Jean know about it. Lulu thus points Bobby Jean to the group and he opens fire on them.↗↗↗

Bobby Jean and Lulu exit the elevator on the B1 floor just as Paco enters it. Lulu is shocked to see everyone still alive. Nonetheless, Bobby Jean sneakily gets rid of Paco as he goes up to the first floor and the duo proceed to try and ambush Jodio. Lulu lets her doll fall in front of Jodio and when he picks it up, some of Lulu's Bags' Groove infect him. Jodio gives the doll back to Lulu but her nose suddenly bleeds, making Jodio realize she must be an enemy Stand user.↗↗↗

The Asset Collection

Later, the whole gang reports to Meryl Mei Qi. Usagi angrily threatens Lulu, but Meryl takes the lead. She interrogates Lulu, stating that keeping her and Yokohama at the back of the office is costing her thousands of dollars daily and that it is in her best interest to cooperate. As Meryl asks her about Hacca Howler and how much he knows about the situation, Lulu reveals that Hacca Howler doesn't know any of them and that her job started at discovering who was browsing Howler's land deeds.↗↗

Lulu is hidden in an underground safe room under Meryl's office. She kills time by reading magazines and eating potato chips, but Laem Chabang and Ningbo, who have been sent by Hacca Howler to find her, manage to reach her. A fight between Ningbo, Laem Chabang, Paco and Usagi ensues. In the chaos, Laem Chabang is forced to retreat into the safe room and lock herself. Unfazed, Lulu attempts to make small talk with Laem, complimenting her hairstyle and asking if she has a boyfriend.↗↗↗

While being held captive by Laem Chabang, Lulu correctly speculates that the lack of noise from upstairs means Ningbo is likely dead. Laem Chabang dismisses her concern, claiming she already called for police backup to capture or kill the criminals. Laem aggressively questions why Howler would only tell Lulu about the Lava Rock, becoming violent when Lulu gives a dismissive answer about being a child. As she holds Lulu at gunpoint, Lulu asks if she and Key West plan to betray Howler.↗↗↗

After Team Jodio 's land exchange operation concludes, Lulu is sitting on the floor at a hospital near Key West, Laem Chabang, and Yokohama, who have been left there on stretchers. Two nurses notice her nearby and question who she is.↗↗

Personality

She is observant and attentive, easily pointing out inconsistencies in the surveillance footage and discovering that it is fake, deciphering that their targets must have went to the hospital to use an MRI for locating Bags' Groove, and correctly deducing that the silence from upstairs means Ningbo has likely been killed.↗↗↗↗↗
