A lobby receptionist working at Morioh Grand Hotel. Josuke Higashikata calls him to ask if he saw Jotaro in the lobby, but the man doesn't know who Jotaro is. Josuke calls him an idiot because Jotaro was staying there for a month and demands that they find him. The man hesitantly agrees and says he'll ask other staff members. Meanwhile, Jotaro is already leaving the hotel behind the receptionist. He is omitted in the anime.
