Vincent Lecoeur (Original Universe)

Vincent Lecoeur (ヴァンサン・ルクール, Vansan Rukūru) is a French soldier who owns a Nieuport 17 plane with a picture of a dog painted on its belly. The Nieuport had a max speed of 177 kph but he'd make it go 200. He seems to have been an acquaintance of George Joestar. Even as a zombie, his thirst for speed is unabated and he shoots past George's plane like a bolt of lightning. George doesn't chase him but Vincent later flies toward George again and crashes directly into George's wing, splitting it down the middle. Steven Motorize flies onto Vincent's plane and then throws him out of the cockpit.
