United States Marines
- Primary work
- The JOJOLands
Several members of the United States Marine Corps raid Hacca Howler 's megayacht as it begins heavily tilting and flooding. They descend onto the vessel using ropes. Their presence is initially reported as an emergency response to the sinking ship, but the Marines reveal that they have orders from the United States President to detain Howler because his company is suspected of manufacturing intercontinental ballistic missiles. The Marines order Howler to drop his gun, and one of them strikes him and pins him to the deck. They restrain his hands with zip cuffs and attempt to evacuate everyone aboard. When Howler continues struggling, they restrain his legs as well.
