- Deadman's Questions
Spirit Cleansers (魂の掃除屋, Tamashī no Sōjiya) are the main antagonists of Deadman's Questions.

02Appearance
Spirit Cleansers come from ordinary looking eggs, comparable to chicken eggs. Once they begin to hatch, they take the form of small plant-like creatures with tails and sharp teeth with rings reminiscent of those on venomous animals such as the blue-ringed octopus.↗
03Personality
Spirit Cleansers are highly aggressive creatures dangerous to other ghosts. The Cleansers encountered in Deadman's Questions are infants, thus they don't express much personality other than a compulsive desire to consume anything related to spirits. They're relentlessly persistent as they chase Kira for having touched the eggs they hatched from.↗
04Abilities
Life Transformation
Spirit Cleansers can create brand new life forms such as insects and plants by consuming ghosts and anything related such as a table within the ghost of a soldier's mansion.↗
