The announcer of the local boxing ring. Jonathan Joestar was originally going to fight the champion Mark Watkin but the announcer declares there's a change in plans and the new challenger is Dio Brando. The announcer thinks that boxing will be a good way to get to know Dio's personality as they know nothing about him. He explains that boxing is no mere child's game, but Dio accepts the challenge and wagers his entire monthly allowance from George Joestar, surprising the announcer. He explains the rules before the match finally begins.
