New York Police Officers
- Primary work
- Battle Tendency
Misc A pair of corrupt, racist New York City police officers. They confront Smokey Brown shortly after he steals Joseph Joestar 's wallet. They resort to brutality upon the thief and take the wallet from him "as evidence". They greedily want him to give them half of the things he stole or else he would go to jail. Joseph, to help Smokey, tells them he actually gave his wallet to him, so the officers needed to let the boy go and return the wallet. When the police officers refused as the overweight one wiped his snot on Joseph's shirt, Joseph punched the overweight officer's finger up his own nostril.
