01Basic information
02Appearance
03Personality
Publicly, Alice presents herself as a pure and innocent nurse who has fallen in love with the much older Liberio Betti. She acts shy and anxious while waiting for him, constantly checking her watch while sitting alone at the trattoria. She also expresses a naive admiration for his "air of danger," successfully deceiving Gelato into believing she is an ordinary civilian.↗↗
In truth, Alice is a fanatically loyal member of Passione, devoted to the Boss to the point of worship. Her "love" for Liberio is a complete fabrication that is part of her mission, and she actually admires the Boss's "air of danger" instead. She is a cunning operative, capable of flawlessly maintaining her cover and predicting her enemies' actions, as shown when she anticipates and dodges Sorbet 's sniper shots. Ultimately, she is ruthless and willing to sacrifice her own life without hesitation to fulfill the Boss's orders, viewing it as a way to thank him for giving her life meaning.↗↗

Background
Alice Bianchi is a 24-year-old nurse originally from Florence, Italy. At some point, she was recruited into Passione and became one of the Boss 's most loyal subordinates. She was given a mission to move to Naples and get close to Liberio Betti, an ex-gangster who had defected from Passione. One month later, she met Liberio at a certain bar and got close enough to go out for meals together.↗↗
Prima che il Gelato si Sciolga
After another month since her first meeting with Liberio, Alice is first seen by Sorbet and Gelato driving in a red American economy car to a secluded trattoria to meet with Liberio. She waits for him inside, carrying a bouquet of yellow Casa Blanca lilies, which Gelato notes can symbolize 'purity,' 'blessings,' 'sweet beauty,' and also 'betrayal'. When approached by Gelato, she professes her love for a mysterious, dangerous man, leading him to believe her feelings for Liberio are genuine.↗↗↗↗
When Liberio arrives and attempts to break up with her to protect her, he is shot twice in the head by Sorbet, who is sniping from a distance. As Liberio collapses, Alice instantly drops to the floor, dodging Sorbet's follow-up shots. With her cover blown, she reveals her true allegiance, telling Liberio that a pet dog doesn't get to choose how it dies. Cradling the bouquet, she offers a final thank you to the Boss, before detonating a bomb hidden within the flowers.↗↗↗
