The Golden Melodies (ゴールデン・メロディズ) are an American rock band based in the state of Wyoming. Kyomei Isaka becomes a lifelong fan of theirs at a young age. During a solar eclipse, the band is driven mad by frequencies overheard from space, resulting in the recording of "The Golden Melody" at the cost of their own lives. Kyomei later purchases the record at an auction, beginning his own descent into madness.
