02Appearance
Pinocchio appears as a small, wooden puppet. He has visible, ball-jointed limbs and wood grain running across his body. His most prominent feature is his long, wooden nose, which grows whenever he tells a lie. He has large, bulging eyes with concentric circles in his irises, sharp teeth, and pointy ears. There is a "P" written on the underside of his nose.↗
He wears a tiny vest alongside a party hat adorned with polka dots and a ruffled collar.↗
03Personality
Pinocchio displays a cheerful and childish demeanor. He is overly concerned with his "fans" and acts as though his primary purpose is to entertain. Egotistically viewing himself as a universally beloved "good guy" and a timeless friend to everyone, he possesses a strong sense of entitlement and false invincibility. He warns Narciso Anasui not to hurt him because "children all around the world would be sad," and even as he is being defeated, he stubbornly insists that the children of the world are his allies.↗↗↗
True to his fictional origins, Pinocchio is physically bound by the rules of his story: whenever he tells a lie, his nose automatically grows. He refers to this as an "involuntary physiological reaction." However, he is quite cheeky and manipulative with this trait, purposefully telling a half-truth to trigger his nose growth in order to stab Anasui in the face. He is fully aware of his nature as a fictional entity, explaining that people are drawn into the fantasy world simply because their souls wish to join their heroes.↗↗

SPOILERS
Golden Wind
Pinocchio makes a brief cameo appearance in the Golden Wind anime. When Pannacotta Fugo gives Narancia Ghirga the keys to a car so he can go shopping for provisions, the key ring features a small, painted Pinocchio doll keychain.↗
Stone Ocean
While in Orlando, Florida, Narciso Anasui and Weather Report fall victim to the massive range of Bohemian Rhapsody, which brings fictional characters to life.↗
While driving a stolen truck, Anasui senses something hiding in the back. He uses Diver Down to attack the cargo bed and successfully grabs Pinocchio. As Anasui threatens to punch him, Pinocchio begs him to stop, claiming that children worldwide would be heartbroken if he got hurt. Anasui demands to know if Pinocchio is working together with the other character that was hiding in the truck. Pinocchio lies, claiming he is completely alone.↗↗
When Anasui demands to know how to stop their bodies and souls from separating, Pinocchio cheerfully explains that they are separating because it's what their souls secretly wished for, as everyone dreams of visiting a fantasy world. Frustrated by Pinocchio's rambling and lack of a straight answer, Anasui uses Diver Down to ruthlessly attack Pinocchio, decapitating him and crushing his body.↗↗
Eventually, Weather Report creates Put Back to forcibly return all the fictional characters to their original stories. However, because Pinocchio had already been physically destroyed by Anasui prior to the ability's activation, he does not return and remains missing from his story.↗↗
