New York Stray Dogs

The stray dog population of Manhattan Island. A starving stray dog is the first victim of the Sewer Crocodile, lured into a sewer by a piece of sausage controlled by the crocodile's Stand and eaten. When Iggy first arrives in Manhattan, the local strays bark at him but he is unfazed. Their boss attacks him and is easily defeated. When a pack attacks Iggy, The Fool creates a sandstorm that blinds them and forces them to flee. They witness Iggy entering the sewer by lifting a manhole cover, a place they know to be dangerous.
