Mitsue

Mitsue (光恵) is the younger sister of Ryoko 's father and Noriaki Kakyoin 's father. She lives in Morioh at an apartment. Ryoko stays with her at some point in March 1999 so Ryoko could visit Noriaki's grave. Mitsue asks Ryoko if she still remembers Noriaki since Ryoko was a child back then. Mitsue remarks that Ryoko is very dutiful for visiting Noriaki's grave before she even came to the apartment. She also asks Ryoko if she has ever introduced a boyfriend to her father, though Ryoko says she hasn't. Mitsue laughs thinking her brother would probably ignore the boyfriend or get angry.
