Gokedani Residents

The residents of the village of Gokedani. Most of them have reached old age, and many of the rest have moved from outside the village. Once a year, the residents arrange a ritual, which they name after an outsider to bait them into coming to the village. The details of the ritual are never divulged, as the power of the village prevents witnesses from remembering it. Two of them visit the restaurant where Rohan and Shinji Mizuno are having a meeting and discuss the Unseen Ritual to bait the latter into investigating it. When Rohan and Mizuno visit the village, a group of five elders tells the manga artist that he cannot attend the ritual.
