Charles (チャールズ, Chāruzu) is the pseudonym that Rohan Kishibe gives to the first known victim of Spaghetti Man. He was an American freelance journalist contracted to several news companies who ran his own news site on the side. He first learned of Spaghetti Man while he was taking photos for an investigative piece. He was photographing a town that had been reduced to rubble with nothing being in the photos except debris, but after he developed the pictures, he saw the strange man in each of them. Charles took pride in his good memory but he couldn't deny what he was seeing. He immediately wrote up a report about it on his own site.
