Bus Stop Murderer

A man held in jail for murdering elementary school children with a kitchen knife while they were waiting at a bus stop. He shares a cell with Rai Mamezuku and is shown from the start to be very distressed. Mamezuku tells him about the existence of the hospital director but the man angrily tells Mamezuku to shut up, thinking he's crazy. After Mamezuku describes the crime scene that led him to the cell he sits in, the man is affected by Akefu's Stand. As he is about to attack Mamezuku with the very knife he used to kill the children at the bus stop, his karma leads to him slashing his own neck instead.
